Welcome to Lazy Acres Park located near Millen's Bay on the beautiful St. Lawrence River.  Lazy Acres Park is a seasonal, adult mobile home park with no pets.  We have 800' of waterfront for your enjoyment with park benches located along the waterfront and two campfires pits for your use.  We have an on site Laundromat with 8 washers and 8 dryers and dedicated clotheslines for everyone's use.  We also have a marina located at the park which was completely updated and enlarged in 2005.  We have a designated, roped off swim area with a dock and steps going in to the river.   Across the road from the park is our garden area where you can have a space to grow your own vegetable garden, a storage area for the boat trailers and a large, grass area which can be used as a driving range.  We are located approximately 7 miles from the Ferry in Cape Vincent which will take you to Wolfe Island and Kingston or 20 miles from the Thousand Islands Bridge.
